Can you tell us about your Tekfen Engineering journey?

I completed approximately 6 years in Tekfen Engineering, and not only have grown as a professional engineer but also as an individual.

During my career I have participated in a number of local and international projects as civil and structural engineer.

In the last few years, I’ve made good friends and have met with charismatic leaders.

What are the things that you are most proud of and your motivation in doing your job?

When I know that my efforts are following the correct path, and taking a responsibility in major engineering projects encourages me to push more.

This increases my self-confidence and allows me to take up greater challenges and risks without the fear of failure or backing out.

Where do you see your job in company’s mission?

Civil and Structural department is one of the main divisions of the company. It’s our job to deliver a solid and accurate fundamentals for the projects.
