Can you tell us about your Tekfen Engineering journey?

After finishing my educational life in Turkey and coming back to Azerbaijan, my goal was to join a high-quality international company with global vision.

Tekfen gave me the opportunity to achieve my goal. And it is almost 2 years that I am a member of this big family and working as an Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer.

What are the things that you are most proud of and your motivation in doing your job?

As a young engineer participating in local and international challenging projects makes me proud and allows me to gain valuable experience.

The continuous improvement that comes with this valuable experience of working in a team of supportive people with innovative vision motivates and encourages me to put more efforts.

I&C is one of the core department of the company, where our job is to deliver exact instrumentation solution, moreover, reliable, safe and secure automation support, which are the key operations for the sustainable process.
