Design Services

TEKFEN Engineering prepares site survey and field assessment in facility owner fields in both process and discrete industries to prepare existing system conditions and discover possible digitalization use cases to be implemented for specific facilities. The next step in design process is to develop stakeholder needs and requirements models and documentations. The facility operation and process workshops on the field ensures the thorough information and existing documentation gathering to define use cases into solid business cases along the design process. After stakeholder needs and requirements, TEKFEN Engineering begins the third phase in design to develop a system-based functional design specification to detail the use case technical and operational conditions aligned with existing system conditions and stakeholders input. As a last phase step TEKFEN Engineering, if the targeted use case(s) require more than one vendor solution or in general a complex enough system, prepares a system-based architecture model(s) and report(s) to identify the sub system operating conditions and integration conditions for newly designed sub-systems. With this design deliverables, facility operator can either move on the bidding process for procurement and implementation stages of the developed digitalization use cases or select TEKFEN Engineering services and expertise to continue with its project team with implementation and PMC services in later stages of the use cases.

Implementation Services

TEKFEN Engineering compromises an implementation team regardless of vendor or existing system for mature developed and designed digitalization use cases and specifications. TEKFEN’s working principle in this services package is to utilize already existing design documents, models and matured use case to create Scope of Work with the selected vendor by owner operators. TEKFEN Engineering approaches digitalization projects in implementation projects in joint-operation with the awarded vendor teams in which TEKFEN get accredited prior or during initial phases with awarded vendor solution and practices. After accreditation TEKFEN takes the lead of majority of the configuration, integration and deployment requirements on the field. The local and adaptable engineering workforce enables TEKFEN Engineering teams to quickly ramp-up and deliver in high performance even in previously unknown solutions to TEKFEN Engineering team. The TEKFEN Engineering can and does handle all of the implementation scope as the main contractor and splits scope of work with the vendor teams if it is necessary. The implementation service offers flexibility and competitive advantage to RoIe on digitalization business cases and TEKFEN delivers training and user & system acceptance test procedure for defined system implemented.

digitalEPC Services

TEKFEN Engineering provides its own design digitalEPC model to cover digitalization project from its existing system survey to hand-over of the digitalization project turn-key to owner operators. The model combines design & implementation services and adds the procurement and project & risk management capability of TEKFEN Engineering to deliver digitalization project through a single-source approach.
