While preparations for earthquake risk continue in Istanbul, Tekfen Engineering has undertaken a critical project to determine the earthquake resistance of all artistic structures in the city. The work, covering approximately 7 thousand bridges, viaducts, tunnels, culverts, retaining walls and pedestrian crossings in the city, will be carried out in phases. While the inventory of these structures is being created in the first stage, Tekfen Engineering will be able to develop design and engineering solutions to increase the earthquake resistance of risky structures in the following stages.​
