PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Project comprises of infrastructure and superstructure works of a satellite town located at an area approximately 30 km south-west of İstanbul. Construction of 3.215 apartments, 147 villas and 4 shopping centers were

undertaken and successfully accomplished by Tekfen within the schedule in compliance with the highest standards.

  • Potable water distribution line (2,515 m)
  • Power distribution center
  • Medium voltage network (2,660 m)
  • Transformers (7 units)
  • Telecommunication network
  • Biological Treatment Plant (10,000 people capacity)
  • Sea filling and rock-fill (367,000 m3 filling for reclaimed land on sea; 120,000 t of stone & rock used for 1,600 m rock-fill)
