2 IPS Stations, 2 Metering Stations, Leaching Station, Water Intake Station, Switchyard and approx. 100 km GRP
and CS pipelines both for leaching and gas transportation to construct 60 caverns, inject natural gas to caverns.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Plot plan and layout preparation, equipment arrangements
- 3D modelling in AVEVA of the Leaching Station and IPSs
- Pipeline designs for Fresh Water Intake and Brine Discharge
- Transient Analyses and Surge Analyses
- River Water Intake Structure and Sea Discharge Design
- Piping design; stress analysis, isometrics, piping plan & sections
- All civil and structural engineering including infrastructure
- Electrical design, Switchgear 154kV and Overhead Lines
- Instrumentation design
- Fire Fighting System Design
- Preparation of material take off lists, material requisitions and technical evaluations of vendor proposals
