PROJECT DETAILS
Aim was to resolve/overcome the heating problems associated with the existing system and install new
200,000-barrel capacity bitumen storage tank together with heating oil system.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Basic Engineering :
- Evaluation of the requirements of new and existing storage tanks; debottlenecking of the existing heating system and new heating oil system
- Preparation of alternative cases to determine optimum conditions for new heating oil system
- Preparation of BEDP including PFDs, BOD, calculation reports, tank data sheets and engineering drawings, etc.
Detail Engineering :
- Plot plan, piping plans, stress analysis
- P&ID preparation, HAZOP, process datasheets, cause and effect diagrams
- E&I Design
- Mechanical datasheets, procurement support
- Civil and structural design
- Construction planning services
- Supervision during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
