Detail engineering works for new Oxygen Stripper Columns, Heat Exchangers, Transfer Pump and Knock-out Drums:
- 3D Modelling
- Equipment foundations & platforms, pipe rack & structures and miscellaneous steel structure design
- Datasheet & MR preparation for equipment, technical bid evaluations
- Plot plan, piping plans, support details, tie-in works, stress analysis, MTO preparation
- P&ID preparation, HAZOP & SIL studies, process calculation,
- preparation of process data sheets, cause & effect diagrams, control philosophy
- Instrument datasheets, MR & Bid Evaluations, panel GA, panel wiring diagrams, hook-ups, instrument schedule
- Lighting, grounding, fire and gas detection, electrical tracing system layouts and details
