PROJECT DETAILS

  • Export to refining complex a net power of 40MWe
  • Medium and low pressure steam to be sent to refiner’s headers
  • Importing from and exporting to national grid to be an option due to operational conditions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • H&M Balances, PFD and P&ID development, Utility requirements
  • Plot Plan development and optimize plant layout to fit 155m x 170m area
  • Static and rotating equipment design
  • Piping systems (Pipe stress analysis, piping plan and layouts, pipe specs and classes, isometrics)
  • Civil and structural engineering design including heavy duty foundations
  • Electrical Systems (SLD, Operation Modes, specifications and layouts)
  • Instrumentation and Control (Logic diagrams, control philosophy, I/O lists)
  • Architectural design including ergonomic designü
  • HAZOP / SIL Study
  • Operation Manuals

CONFIGURATION OF THE PROJECT

  • One aeroderivative gas turbine (GT LM6000 (40MWe) to be relocated to the facility from another location)
  • One Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
  • One Conventional Boiler
  • One back-pressure steam turbine (Siemens SST-600, 16MWe)
  • One condensing steam turbine (STG 3 existing turbine (20MWe) within the refinery to be re-located to the new power plant)
  • New Turbine Hall Building
  • New Central Control Building
  • New Substation Building
