PROJECT DETAILS
Aim was to increase the energy efficiency in CDU plant and to increase the capacity in VDU plant from 4800 to 6000 m3/day. Main modifications were;
- Addition of a new pump around in CDU (new pump, exchanger and column modification)
- Tube layout modifications in VDU Furnace
- New pumps for capacity increase
- New kettle type heat exchangers to enhance steam generation
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Consistency check of Basic Design Engineering Package
- Plot plan, piping, stress analysis, structural design, infrastructure
- P&ID, PFD preparation, HAZOP, Process datasheets, cause and effect diagrams
- I&C design, instrument datasheet and schedules
- Electrical design ü Equipment design, mechanical datasheets
- Procurement work (MR, MTO), evaluation of vendor documents
- Civil and Structural design
- Construction Planning
